The Settlement of Rota (owned by OP); within the County of Free Plains (owned by OP); within the Grand Duchy of Rothsburg-Aquitaine; within the Kingdom of Tyria; within the server of Angelina, is offering to be as its main Industry a “Hire Hub”. The professions included within this industry currently refers to
- Mercenaries
- Adventurers
- Explorers
- Clandestine Agents.
- Bounty Hunters
(More to be expanded later, if seen as relevant or requested with the intent of being of said profession)
The County and Settlement was chosen for its location for
- Biome: Extremely favorable biome; not too cold, not too hot; just right.
- Extremely close to being at the center of the continent. (My opinion of course, if you disagree, I respect your disagreement)
- Having a very close proximity to a port. (CAPITAL PORT, many CAPITAL PORTS)
- Having the ability to quickly mobilize and deploy to any location because of reasons 2 and reason 3, stated above.
- Extremely large amounts of FLAT (to grow crops land needs to be flat), FERTILE land (reasons why this will be an advantage to all players who choose this location as their “Hire Hub” will be stated later below, you may be pleasantly surprised).
- Water, the water that doesn’t kill you. Unlike some locations in Elyria, cough cough, I’m talking to you; wetlands, swamps, bogs, bayous, tropical rainforests, cough cough.
- It really gives me (OP) the ability to expand and extend in any direction (not talking geographically) to min and max my future community, economy, and its governance (how I/ governing body govern, and what I/governing body will be able to administer, and set as policies).
WHAT IS TO BE EXPECTED AT THE START OF THE GAME
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
The whole purpose of this is not for me to create a guild or army or anything like. I'm simply offering to be management for Guilds and players, so that they can focus on the playing of the game. It is in thought that services will be set up so that Guilds and Players will have a smoother and safer time. All of the restrictions and strict rules are to ensure that players will be able to play better and fully later. I get no benefit or advantages from this.
In the beginning of the game no one will be allowed to create guilds. A single location will be used for all players interested to gather and get to know each other. They will then create groups/squads (based on what time they can play, or how often they can get online and other factors, or if they plain just like each other, or if they do not know how to group up Command will group them together for them) They will each have an officer assigned to them, or they can elect an officer within their squads. They (as a squad) will walk around a bit (with an observer) to check whether they can function as a group or not, and whether their officer is capable of leading them or not. Incapable officers may be replaced depending on the situation (will not happen unless in the extreme of cases). Certain members of a squad may be taken out of a squad if they are too immature, or do not respect leadership and the event taking place (will not happen unless in the extreme of cases). Once they have gone through the tests, and they have all been given essential information they will be released for the day.
Once Command has been satisfied that the players are able to function as squads and that officers have the ability to lead (via events at the start of the game), as well as behave within the settlement and county (will probably take only a couple of days) they will then be allowed to formally create guilds. There will be restrictions and limitations of creating a guild, one of the restrictions being that there is a limit to how many guilds can be created. Furthermore, Guild leaders will have to be further educated and will be expected to not only lead their guild but to provide evidence that they can be trusted to be able to manage a guild. They will be shown how (mainly Microsoft Excel). Any Guild leaders unwilling to cooperated with this, or incapable of doing the basic of Guild leader responsibilities will be removed from leadership and the next in command within the guild will be asked to lead. Or if there is no one else with the requirements to lead, then the Guild will be disbanded and all its members will be moved to another guild.
This is a small portion of the process, in order to ensure that Guilds don't just start dieing, as I've seen too many times.
NOTE:
- MORE TO BE ADDED ON A LATER DATE (MUST CONSIDER WHAT CAN BE DONE REALISTICALLY AND WHAT IS JUST FANTASTICALLY FANTASY)
- ON THE DOMAINS MAP THE NAME CHANGES MAY NOT HAVE BEEN APPROVED OF OR CHANGED AS OF THIS POSTING, THE NAME OF COUNTY PRIOR TO CHANGE IS “ UPPER OTTERBEAR”, SETTLEMENT NAME “DARK SPRINGS”
