You can not change servers once you have locked in. You should be able to play on other servers with other characters but your main account will be locked to the server you are locked to.

This happened to me but the other way round we were told to go NA-W and then a day after they changed their mind and all go NA-E.

hasn't left me much choice other than to find a different group as they cant switch us.
