They were in store as a promotion a long time ago, they will probably be in the EP store, and might return to the store for a period of time.

It wasn't terribly long ago actually.... Less than a year, maybe?
Anyway, give that the "Cottage for Two" has come back "from the vault" it's reasonable to assume that at some point in the next few weeks the Guild Halls will make an appearance.
