Hugh Bris, I do not saw a specific text where it says that they are can be bred, but the studio said in the past that all creatures can be bred. So I do not see any reason for this one, being a normal animal, to not be.

Agreed, still... SBS in general, and Jeremy in specific, can be mercurial so clarification is always good.

They really should make the first two male and female and then maybe RNG or alternate after that because if's all RNG, even if you buy 10 or 20, you could wind up with all one sex.
I do believe that the pet and mount vouchers are not gender-specific. You may be able to pick the sex of the animal for each voucher at the time of its redemption. I do not have any Journal reference for this, but I recall it it from forum discussions more than a year ago.
