Announcing the formation of the Angelican Holy War Association
Who are we exactly? We are the council that oversees the annual Holy War hosted in Evermist between all of the religions of Elyria. However, that's not all we do. We are primarily interested in researching the religious texts and lore behind all of the religions in hopes of obtaining talents/magic.
We are recruiting members interested in representing their religion to compete and battle advancing each religion's agenda in the holy war. So why are they fighting and what do members hope to gain from participating? Each of the factions will be competing for ownership of land and other benefits which they will have until the next Holy War. Factions will be given a default plot of land and any additional land they gain will be through the competition! Individual members who participate will gain fame and hopefully move up within the religious hierarchy.
However holy warriors are not the only members a faction needs. Support members such as priests, monks and researchers interested in exploring the lore of each religion are needed in order to hopefully obtain talents and magic! Religious artifacts brought back by explorers will need to be studied and their uses discerned!

We are recruiting people knowledgeable in each religion's lore and customs to join their respective factions. We are recruiting priests, clerics, monks and other religious professions in addition to any warrior interested in representing their religion. While the different branches will be competing with each other for resources, remember our end goal and support each other in researching the divine!
We are also looking for locations within the duchy to settle the respective factions and their main branch of operations! Interested mayors please reach out to us!
Initial Plans
Upon launch, these projects will take priority for the association:
1) Finding a location for each faction to base their operations out of
2) Finding a good place to hold the event
3) Setting up the rules of the competition and working with local counts in accordance with the game mechanics
