Purchase not working?

So I finally decided to invest in the game and purchase a package, but it’s not showing up? It’s been over a week and my bank already shows that the money was taken out.

Is there a processing time on Soulbound’s side that I wasn’t aware of?

That sounds like an account related issue which we can’t really help with from the forums here. Your best option is to email support so they can fully look into it with you [email protected]

I did and they said that because I haven’t been active in the forums, they’re withholding the package for further review?

Did anyone else have to do this?

Forum activity or how one is active in general does not interfere with purchasing a pledge package from the store. I recommended either talking with your bank, Xsolla, or send a message to support (as listed above) for further inquiries about your purchasing attempts to help in keeping with security and privacy as it won't be discussed in a public forum.
