I picked US-East on accident and did not realize all of my friends picked Us-West I just bought the Settler package. I'm starting to look through everything and realized i'm on the East side and now we cant play. We all purchased them and I can not purchase a West side also. Is it possible You can switch my account to US- West please.

You can figure out where your friends are playing and see if any nobles have giftable accounts for recruitment purposes.

Reminds me of my accidental purchase of four tickets to a Big Cat Rescue which I didn't realize was located in Anaheim, CA instead of Sarasota, FL.

I tried to get a refund but no luck, they had a similar no refund policy, ever, just like SBS.

Could look into doing a chargeback I suppose, in my situation I chalked it up as a donation to a worthy cause as it was my mistake after all.
