I second both of those links above. This one in particular (https://chroniclesofelyria.com/forum/topic/22216/nae-kingdomduchy-information-welcome) is a list of the kingdoms with links to their Discords and recruitment threads. I'm not sure about the current state of politics, but someone a little more invested than I am will probably come to the rescue. ^^
