TLDR...(JK) I cant wait for the map selection to start take your time <3
That Elyria MUD interface is straight up Threshold-RPG. That takes me way back. I'm looking forward to using it when it becomes available for the backers.
Keep it up, great news here!

Very exciting :)
Just thinking ahead ... the challenge for online games has always been performance when there are hundreds or even thousands of players in a smaller area. Would it be technically possible to permit players to select the "Preleyia" art set for e.g. massive battles or if they have old PCs that can't run the full client well with the full art set?
Also ... just saying, I love that cel-shaded art style!
Awesome. I have renewed excitement for the project now that more information has been released. Once map voting happens, that is when CoE will feel a lot more "real" to me and stop being a concept and become a game.
I'm looking forward to the 0.5.0 announcement later this week.
Good stuff, guys. I was hoping map selection would have that level of detail - this makes plans of Hrothi ascendancy that much easier. . .
this post has me doing a jig like an old timey prospector
just a fun-loving easygoing Canadian.
Prelyria graphics remind me of 1990's era graphics. Definitely playable, even if they don't sate my graphics jones.
Keep up the good work! I appreciate all of this, and can't wait to see Map voting!
