Welcome! The second sticky thread has a quick rundown of the current Kingdoms and their duchies and such. I'm not sure how up to date it is, but it'll at least get you started!
The various kingdom discord channels will tell you much more about the current kingdom communities. With the Searing Plague in full swing, it's a good time to visit them to get a sense of how the most active players get along.
