My list of notable professions changed to a mirror of my most common ones. Not sure that changed the underlying NPCs though but it sucks if it did.
One of my notable professions included spies - very handy. Sadly they have disappeared too, but perhaps it's just because they are good spies lol.

They're still there. They will contact you if they want to be employed by you ;)
My size and pop changed a small bit - as did my professions but I'm not overly bothered about that since I'm gonna be spending my EP to turn my city into a nightmare of the military-industrial complex ;)

I do not own a PC but my friend does. It looks like a bunch of stuff changed. He is putting in a ticket since we had a lot of discussions before selecting that location.
If this is not a bug but in fact, the contents have changed can we get the ability to re-pick? Not forcing anyone, but those who's locations changed to be able to select another open one for free?

My county has been disconnected from the rest of the duchy's road networks, I wouldn't have picked it if I needed to put so much investment into infrastructure just to connect to my neighbours. D:
It doesn't look like my population mix has changed, but my sustainability is now lower than it was after selection (and before the modification that skewed sustainability up). That looks like an unfortunate over-correction.
