What is your "Power Number" on the compass in this game?

This ranges from 10X to -10X and 10Y to -10Y

The X axis is Economic freedom and Y axis is social freedom.

-10X is completely unregulated capitalism and 10X is complete economic equality (everyone is only allowed $10 a day).

10Y is absolutism- do as I say or you die. -10Y is anarchy no rule of law.

What is your (X,Y) score?

EDITED TO MAKE IT MAKE MORE SENSE LOL -X and -Y both mean less regulation and X and Y both mean more regulation.

i feel like your positive on the x and y needs one of them to be reversed as you should either have more regulations on the positive or negative regardless of axis. I was at first thinking 1,1 for a slight inclination toward regulation on both axis but i realize now that it would have to be -1,1 to meet that, making the whole seem awkward.

You are correct, the X should be flipped so your original would be correct I will fix that.

Erh... I am thinking 3X 5Y,

---This is on the assumption though that establishing at 3X [10X is completely unregulated capitalism and 10X is complete economic equality (everyone is only allowed $10 a day).]

That 3X would be distributing capitalism based on the work and effort that people are willing to put forward and paying them according to contribution rather than attendance.

---And also on the assumption though that establishing at 5Y [10Y is absolutism- do as I say or you die. -10Y is anarchy no rule of law.]

That I am willing to protect the people, protect assets, prevent war, and stop negative activity from progressing further would make 5Y because I am willing to put a hammer down and I am all about being an opportunist and growing past the brute state of mind when a resolve can be negotiated.

This is also on the assumption that 10X, 10Y is Communism/ Socialism. But I might have my interpretation of Communism mixed. Thus the "everyone gets $10" and "Do what I say or die"

I am that of which lies between darkness of the night and the illumination of suns light.

X=whatever fits best with a Scandinavian, social democratic economic system with economic discrimination based on race, gender, religion, etc illegal. 0? 1? 2?

Y=-5, roughly. By and large live and let live, but anything that harms others is illegal.

Expecting to set up as a mayor in one of the three "two town" counties in Bridgespider (Angelica server, Kingdom of Tyria). I'm hoping to end up with a city by the end of exposition for lawmaking ability, assuming I can keep the city sustainable. You will know it's me by the city name Raven's Roost

I feel like (10,-10) is a position that would be very hard to maintain, how can we expect an economy strict regulation with anarchy %)

I'd put myself around (3,0) like a bit towards communism but still with a certain degree of freedom (share with us and we'll share with you, but you don't need to share everything), and a standard level of laws like forbidding things for the sake of everyone without being injust or oppressive.

This is a fun little thought experiment.

Where does a Pirate town fall in this sort of "grading" scheme of socioeconomic measure? I'd say our Pirate Utopia is aiming for something akin to (-7,-8). Not quite anarchy, but far from civilized! thriving Black Markets can't survive with a lot of economic regulation, and the freedom of the people is vitally important to our cause.

Pirates won't stay the hangman's noose for long if the people they live near or "rule" over hate them! That's probably true for any leaders now that I say it out loud lmao.
