That is not yet known. The information we have on the contract system suggests that agency relations and delegations may be possible and that laws will operate by implied contracts, but we don’t know how those things will work (and SBS may not even know because they may not have fully implemented that functionality). We know very little indeed about how the implied contract/law system will work.
