If they make a system which simulates animals breeding and such then maybe thers a chance that they include fish (if they big enoug because fuck litle sardines and goldfish) but fish breeding (even that its very effective and profitable) is a neas ocupation soo i dont think its on the top of the list.
I think that, if fish farms aren't starting To'resk tech, they should be researchable.
