Blackjade Valley County has an outlet of 2 large rivers and 1 more nearby toward duchy Featherdale, which, with the development of water transport, will dramatically increase the flow of resources from coastal areas into the duchy. This alone is enough to increase the number of jobs, and the market for all kinds of craft products will increase. It is a great place to export goods produced by the Kypiq's, giving us a chance for huge development in the field of trade.

About us:
We're a city, not a guild. We do not force anyone to undertake specific work, and each idea will be saved and discussed in the presence of appropriate people. However, the direction in which our residents will go will affect what we focus our resources on and on what we spend more time. Everyone can contribute to our community, regardless of the style of play or development path chosen, including various types of groups that will find a place to build their headquarters, school or branch.
Structure:
It is a conventional structure of people staying in our village today. It is divided into two spheres: residents and guests. Person becomes a resident by meeting the requirements set out on our discord server information channel. At the top there is the elders responsible for running the village and the discord server. The mayor and persons appointed by him are the only elders. The guard is responsible for the broadly understood security of the village, military training and patrolling the adjacent areas. Guests are all people who are not residents of our village. Group members are in both spheres, but how their affairs are perceived is influenced by which sphere they belong to. Groups include: Guilds, associations and schools. Honorary guests are mainly landowners, diplomats and people highly valued in our community who are not our residents. Tenants are individual units employed by our residents. If we need the services of a specific person who is already in an organization, but his membership does not affect the employment decision, he will be perceived as a tenant.
As the population increases, new officials positions will be created to streamline organization, increase fluidity and efficiency of information flow. Officials will also support us with the knowledge they will be required to know and provide to any interested resident. Even if the topic is too difficult for the official, he may ask others for help or appoint an assistant.
Plan and goal:
Prospering in trade and developing water transport due to access to the river, sea and wood. This will make it easier for us to acquire a variety of materials to support our residents in their development industries. Thanks to this, we want to create an environment conducive to progress regardless of the chosen game style or development path, helping everyone find their place. In the future, we will take over the entire county through Casus Belli thanks to the assistance of other counts and the couple ruling the entire duchy, thus expanding the list of our capabilities and the amount of land under our management.

Joining process:
There are no requirements for joining the server, but its optimal use requires obtaining the rank of guest (by expressing acceptance of the rules), through which you gain access to public communication channels from which you can obtain the latest information about CoE or our kingdom in the form of a discussion or posted information on the information channel. To become a resident, you must become a member of Tryggr, where the minimum age to become a member is 16 years old. The whole process is described on our information channel, but if anyone has any questions, the elders can help, and not only in this topic.

Our duchy is managed by the Vánagandr family led by Eltanin, which is one of the pillars of the community, a member of Privy Council and acts as the minister of foreign affairs. She is a really nice, responsible person and is perfect in her roles, thanks to her huge involvement in the community, knowledge and social skills. Turadh's slogan is "Transit Umbra, Lux Permanet", which we can translate as "darkness will pass, light will remain". This refers to the adversities that we will encounter, which we are prepared for and which we will endure, which reflects the nature of our community.

“Community first” is like a mantra for us. It is the basis for our achievements and assumptions. Therefore, regardless of your title, through your work you can become someone important, such as a minister or his assistant, and have the opportunity to directly influence the development in a given field, or become a moderator, keeping order and helping in managing the discord server. We are an adult community and the minimum age to become a member is 16 years old. We all treat each other with respect.
Structure: Monarch - A person standing on top of power Privy council - The nearest council of the ruling person, consisting of the most important and trusted members of the community. They decide on the highest level matters. Royal council - Consists of ministers and their assistants who deal with one unique area.
