تُحْكَمْ مُقَاطَعَةُ الْمَهْدِ مِنْ قِبَلِ الْكُونْتِ شَادُو مِنْ الِ دراجونفيست وَهِي وَاحِدَة مِنْ الْمُقَاطَعَات فِي الدُّوقِيَّةِ الْعَاصِمَة ثاناتوس لِإمْبِرَاطُورِيَّة ديمالون نَحْنُ نَهْدِف إِلَى اِخْتِيَار الأراضي الْعُشْبِيَّة نَيِّرَانِ فِي وَسَط دُوقِيَّةِ ثاناتوس بِالْقُرْب مِنْ عَاصِمَة الْإمْبِرَاطُورِيَّة لَدَيْنَا ثَلاث مُقَاطَعَات مُتَّحِدَة لِتَكُون مُقَاطَعَة كَبِيرَة سَوْفَ تَحْتَوِي الْمُقَاطَعَة عَلَى اُحْد عُشُر عَمْده بِمَا فِي ذَلِكَ عَاصِمَة الْمُقَاطَعَة يُعْطِي هَذَا الْعَدَد الْجَيِّد مِنْ الْمُدُن مَجْمُوعَة مُتَنَوِّعَة مِنْ الْوَظَائِف وَالْحَرْف حَيْثُ يَكُون لِكُلّ عُمْدَة خُطَط مُخْتَلِفَة لِتَحْقِيقهَا فِي مَدِينَته مَعَ الْخُطَّة الْعَامَّة وَاِحْتِيَاجَات الْمُقَاطَعَة

INTRODUCTION:

The County of Nativity is ruled over by the Count Shadow of House Dragonfist, it is one of the Counties at the capital Duchy ( Thanatos ) of the Empire of Demalion. We are aiming to choose a grassland ( Neran biome ) in the middle of the Thanatos Duchy Near the capital of the empire. We have three Counties united to be a large county. The County will contain ten cities, including the capital of the County. This good number of cities gives a diversity of jobs and crafts where every mayor has different plans to achieve at his city with the General Plan and needs of the county.

أخلاقيات الدوقية:

يجب على جميع المواطنين احترام واتباع مبادئ الإمبراطورية (الشجاعة والثقة والولاء والكرم). سيتمتع رؤساء البلديات بحرية االادارة داخل مستوطناتهم. لن يتدخل (الكونت أو ممثله) في هذا ما لم تكن هناك مواقف تتوجب تدخله. يجب أن يتبع الجميع قانون مقاطعة المهد بدقة و المتند إلى تشريع الكونت ، وسيتم دفع الضرائب حسب كل مستوى من مستويات الرتب أو الوضع و الردود المادي سواء للمدينة او الافراد ، وستكون الضريبة عادلة ، إلا في أوقات الحروب و الازمات نتوقع تعاون الجميع في مثل هذه الحالات حيث سيتم استخدام الضرائب المفروضة لحماية المواطنين من أي خطر والمساهمة في تحسين نوعية حياة المواطنين ورفاهيتهم ، الجميع مرحب بهم في مقاطعة المهد ، خاصة اللاعبين المهرة والموهوبين والطموحين ، وسيتم حماية جميع الموارد الطبيعية والسيطرة عليها لمنع الاستهلاك المفرط.

Ethics of the Duchy:

All citizens should respect & follow the principles of the Empire (Courage, Trust, Loyalty, and Generosity. The mayors will have the freedom of choice & administration within Their settlements. The (the Count or his representative) will not intervene in this unless there are situations that require intervention. The law of The County of Nativity must be followed strictly by all and it will be based upon the legislation of the Count. Taxes will be paid by each level of Rank or status. The rate will be fair, except in times of war. We expect cooperation by all in the time of War! The taxes taken will be used to protect the citizens from any danger and to contribute to improving the quality of life and welfare of citizens. Everyone is welcome in The County of Nativity, especially the Skilled, talented and ambitious players. All natural resources will be protected and controlled to prevent excessive consumption.

التجارة والاقتصاد:

بصفتنا لورد على جزء من دوقية شاسعة (ثاناتوس) نحن نهدف إلى بناء اقتصاد قوي ومتنوع مدعوم بتنوع تضاريس (ثلاث مقاطعات) و 11 عمدة لهم ميول و خطط متنوعة لمستوطناتهم حيث سيتم دعم جميع الحرف بدءاً من الزراعة وتربية الحيوانات و تحسين انتاجها و الحدادة و التعدين وما إلى ذلك. بناء مركز تجاري آمن وعملي لجذب التجار وخلق بيئة تجارية محفزة. توفير طرق تجارية بين المستوطنات ومدن المقاطعة وعاصمة الدوقية ومقاطعات جيراننا و التي ستسهل حركة البضائع و تحركات الدوريات من وإلى الكاونتية.

Trade and Economy:

As Lord on a part of a vast duchy ( Thanatos ) We are aiming to build a strong and diversified economy supported by numerous and various land ( three Counties ) and 11 mayors Variety of tendencies where we will support all craftsmen starting from agriculture and animal husbandry products etc. Build a safe & gigantic trading centre to attract traders and create a prolific commercial environment. Providing commercial routes between the settlements and cities of the County and The capital of the Duchy and our friendly neighbours' Counties. Provide paved commercial roads that facilitate the movement of goods from and to the internal cities of The County.

الاستكشاف و رسم الخرائط:

مقاطعة المهد تقع في القسم الجنوبي من دوقية تاناتوس والتي تعتبر الدوقية الأم لديماليون ، والتي لديها مساحة واسعة حيث ستكون أكبر دوقية في الإمبراطورية ، وكلورد لهذا الجزء من الدوقية و لضمان أفضل استثمار في هذه المنطقة وثرواتها من الحيوانات والغابات والمعادن ، يجب أن نحرص على استكشاف موارد الدوقية والمقاطعة (الكونتية) ورسم خرائط لها لأنها ستساعد في تحديد الموارد مثل الحديد والذهب والمجوهرات والحيوانات ، أيضا في بناء الطرق التي من شأنها تحسين التنقل داخل الدوقية والمقاطعة وتحقيق الفائدة على حد سواء التجارية ، والعسكرية ، وتحديد الأماكن الخطرة حيث سيساعد توفير الخرائط والمعلومات على هذه المواقع في حماية المواطنين.

The County of Nativity Located at Southern Section of Thanatos duchy Which is considered as the mother duchy for Demalion, which has a vast area where it will be the biggest duchy in the Empire, and as Lord of this section of the Duchy to ensure the best investment of this area and its wealth of animal and forests, minerals, we must take care of exploring the duchy and The County resources and mapping the terrains of it because that will help in determining the resources such as iron, gold, jewels, animals, also in building the roads which will improve the travels inside the duchy and The County and profit both traders, military, determine dangerous places. Providing maps and information on these sites will help in protecting the citizens.
