I tried to use the form in my account to change my email and I never seem to get a confirmation email or any other response to change my account email.
I have to change my email because my email service provider is going out of business and I can no longer use their domain for my email address.
If you’re not receiving the email the best option would be to email support via the email associated with your account and explain the issue so they can possibly help you with changing your email on your account
