Wiki Edit Required (for Brudvir lore)

I tried to scan the forums of an appropriate place to post this, but this made sense in the meantime.

On the Wiki page, under Lore Characters, we got the folklore story of "Ilva" aka "Nanna", the she-wolf. The story ends with her father informing her of her change accompanied by the name "Ylva".

Now I want to know which is the correct spelling (and pronunciation) and hope someone can fix this. I'm a stickler for details. >_>

If it's a wiki post - it should have a source attached to it.

Yea it does, Snipehunter spelled it that way on the forums, so it wouldn't necessarily be a wiki edit that would have to take place but rather an inquiry to Snipehunter to see if one of them is misspelled or intentionally spelled that way.

In the future, if you have any suggestions for the wiki that aren't of this nature but actual wiki errors -- You can contact the wiki team via their discord ^.^ (The wiki is run by community volunteers!)

(Ps. I did submit an inquiry to figure this out!)

Thank you very much! For the information and the inquiry! It's just I felt almost protective of the folklore of the tribe I'm not yet a part of. ^_^

Thanks Xantos and Violet.

One can indeed join the wiki Discord to contact authors and staff. Alternatively, posting a message on the message wall of the main author of an article (which in this case is yours truly), is also possible.

Most encouraged option is to verify the reference(s) provided on a page and if any inconsistencies are found, just correct them yourself. Wiki edits are monitored by a few staff members and authors (like me) on a daily basis anyway, and it's not a big deal if mistakes are made that need to be corrected. Wiki's are a community effort after all.

Edit: I checked and concluded I made a mistake with Ilva. Sources are all consistently using Ylva. Just finished correcting any instances of Ilva on the wiki. Thanks for reporting!

Ah, good to know. I wanted to make an edit, but felt like I should bring it up beforehand since I literally only returned to the community yesterday. Didn't want to step on any toes. ^_^

That’s not a bug. It’s a feature. It shows that Brudvir can’t spell.

It may be intentional or may be a mistake; but that'd be human error. Not fair to talk down the Brudvir.

Awesome responses everyone! I just wanted to piggyback on what was touched on. Anyone who's interested can also check out this Forum Post with more information regarding the wiki team without having to join the server for the information :-)

The only people who can talk down to the Brudvir are the Yoru.
