Those surnames are invalid and have been declined as per Sbs's decretion. If they are declined you need to pick a new surname.

Hiho folks - the above mentioned cousin here wave We're both wondering, why the "OndaKronakh" and "ArkhKronakh"are declined..."VulKronakh" worked without problems, so what can we do better?

Sounds like you're between a rock and a hard place there then, I can say it's likely your non-desire for a new surname will give way before SBS' discretion.
