Claiming packages from the Inventory will be a feature soon, no time estimates on when it will be however. There is a good chance it might be done before Alpha comes around.
Well it has to has it not? He wont have access to the alpha when it goes live even tho he has the required package.
It can't be harder than mearging two packages from two accounts can it?

Claiming a package in your inventory will occur before your access level is utilized for any tests.
