That shows because you have used your surname token when you reserved it.

You will get a mail saying that your surname was.

1. Recieved and will be verified

Then another saying it was reserved sucessfully.

Same problem, i think at they simply do not have a system in place that automatically changes the message on the reservation page. Or they decided at it is not needed as people who have surname know it themselves and should not have a need for that page anymore.

I already have both emails. My question is, is the website going to reflect the approved surname or continue to show a message that is inaccurate

People reported this up to Serpentius in the masses, last I heard he was on it. Give him some time.
