Can confirm, add the same item to cart multiple times and you get x2,x5, etc next to the item in cart but the price never changes. going to checkout shows the price for 1 item, but also doesn't indicate you're buying more than one of the thing.

So this isn't actually a bug, the items are meant to be purchased one at a time. The issue is that the cart displays more than one.

Doesn't stop you from buying more than one (if the item allows it), but you'd have to purchase each one at a time.

We'll work on improving the process in the future so this isn't confusing. Thank you.
