Gifted Package

Hi guys, I submitted this to the support email but never even got a response, so I'm going to repost part of it here and hope you can help!

I had bought two packages, one for myself, one for my sometimes better-half. I gifted his package to him quite a while ago, but he has nothing in his inventory to reflect it, and my inventory only shows my one package now. Can we try to track this down please?

You sent in your support ticket on Jan 30, at 2:44pm, and I replied on Jan 31 at 9:04am that I was opening an internal ticket to investigate this and it may take a little while to resolve.

Aha! Found it, for some reason it didn't mark it as being replied to! Thanks so much, will mark it as important so I make sure to get the final response! :)
