was told to create ticket...

Do I need to create a ticket or not.

I didn't knwo this was by mistake or so until now.

but I was an original KS backer, and purchased Elyrian.

I should have gotten an extra spark.

I never got that. I upgraded this year to Mayor, and only have the three sparks it comes with.

Also my IP seems to always be fractions, like when I purchased the upgrade to Mayor it gave me 1-2 less IP and such.

Do I need to create a ticket for this, is this even important ?

Can this be all put together in one ticket and maybe if I am misinformed someone can tell me here instead of me wasting precious SBS time and effort, I know they are hard at work daily, and I didn't support this game to waste thier time on me.

HOW DARE YOU WASTE MY PRECIOUS TIME!

I could be trolling posts with only marginally useful information like usual, but instead I'm stuck here letting you know to open a ticket about something that obviously needs a ticket open.

I will never get this time back, and neither will the other people with similar issues to this that were told to open a ticket by serpentius.

Thank you for wasting my time and good luck with your ticket.
