I have the bloodline pledge from an earlier release of it before the changes and in my inventory, I have the surname and custom coat of arms items. I was planning on buying extended colors, but it says I have to buy surname and custom coat of arms again.

This is a known issue ~ Hopefully it gets fixed soon there's another thread like this already present in the bug reports
