I have the same problem, created my own post just before seeing this one.

I found the same issue for my account when i have the ursaphant rider kickstarter pack and also noticed on the kickstarter page it lists ursaphants having the expanded colors and sigils, but my account on the CoE website only list me having the surname and heraldry, but no expanded colors or sigils.

Same Problem with the expanded colors and sigils.

Its a known issue and hopefully they get it fixed soon ^.^
