La Gran Logia de Oliva es un gremio de gremios enfocado a la construcción de estructuras, Establecido entre Solicia y Meridia. se ocupa de los trabajos más importantes dentro del Condado de Tarsis, y brinda sus servicios al Ducado de Lemuria y al Reino de Al-Khezam. El desarrollo de edificios necesita de una coordinación entre estas profesiones:

Cualquiera que esté interesado en desarrollar una de estas profesiones, podrá formar parte de la Logia.

Libertad - todo humanno es libre, de entrar o de salir de la Logia.

Solidaridad - ayudamos al prójimo, aunque no sea de la Logia.

Responsabilidad - el trabajo de cada miembro afecta a la Logia.

El Alarife, o Gran Maestre, es el máximo responsable de organizar la Logia. Su tarea principal es la de coordinar todos los proyectos de las ciudades y pueblos del Condado de Tarsis. Desde la sede en Meridia, el Alarife reúne a todos los Maestres disponibles cuando hay una nueva obra.

Los maestres son títulos otorgados por el Alarife a un oficial destacado que coordine las diferentes profesiones necesarias para la construcción. Tienen voz y voto en la asamblea. Los maestres pueden presentar propuestas para debatir en la asamblea. Para que salgan adelante deben contar con el apoyo de dos tercios de la asamblea, que estará constituida por un maestre de cada profesión y el Alarife de la Logia ó el Guardían de la Logia correspondiente. Si hay más de un maestro por profesión, el asiento de la asamblea rotará cada semana. El Alarife puede vetar una propuesta o decisión que perjudique a la Logia. Todo maestre está obligado a tener al menos un aprendíz al mismo tiempo.

Después de 5 años, el aprendíz pasará a ser oficial si ha demostrado un buen manejo de su oficio. El oficial realiza tareas más complejas como la elaboración de los materiales a partir de las materias primas. Tiene voz pero no voto en la asamblea, con el previo permiso del Alarife.

Los aprendices deberán tener al menos 13 años para ingresar a la Logia. Una vez el aprendíz sea aceptado en la Logia, se le asignará un Maestre. Su trabajo es aprender de vista mientras ayuda con el aprovisionamiento o transporte de materiales, todo bajo la supervisión de su maestre.

Un salario digno. Acorde con el tiempo invertido y el trabajo realizado, pagaremos justamente a cada trabajador, además de aprender una profesión y de ganar una reputación por trabajar para el crecimiento y desarrollo de nuestra comunidad.

Cualquier habitante puede contratar los servicios de la Logia para construirle un hogar o una tienda, siempre que tenga el consentimiento del barón o el alcalde de su asentamiento.

Aparte, cualquier miembro o gremio de la Logia podrá usar las herramientas y estaciones de artesanía, reservando previamente un turno. Cuanto más contribuya esa persona o gremio a la Logia, más tiempo podrá disfrutar de las herramientas y estaciones de artesanía de la Logia.

Cada vez que firmemos un contrato para la construcción de un edificio en Tarsis, el Alarife reunirá a los maestres de cada profesión para que coordinen a sus oficiales y aprendices en la construcción del edificio. Los maestres enviarán a los aprendices a transportar los recursos mientras los oficiales construyen los cimientos del edificio.

The Alarife, or Grand Master, is responsible for organizing the Lodge. Its main task is to coordinate all the projects of the cities and towns of the County of Tarsis. From the headquarters in Meridia, the Alarife gathers all the available Masters when there is a new work.

The masters are titles granted by the Alarife to an outstanding official to coordinate the different professions necessary for the construction. They have voice and vote in the assembly. The masters can present proposals to debate in the assembly. To get ahead they must have the support of two thirds of the assembly, which will be constituted by a master of each profession and the Alarife of the Lodge or Guardian of the corresponding Lodge. If there is more than one master per profession, the assembly seat will rotate each week. The Alarife can veto a proposal or decision that harms the Lodge. Every master is required to have at least one apprentice at the same time.

After 5 years, the apprentice will become official if he has shown good management of his craft. The officer performs more complex tasks such as the preparation of materials from raw materials. He has a voice but no vote in the assembly, with the prior permission of the Grand Master.

In addition, any member of the Lodge may use the tools and craft stations, reserving a shift in advance. The more that person or guild contributes to the Lodge, the more time you can enjoy the tools and craft stations of the Lodge.

Each time we sign a contract for the construction of a work in Tarsis, the Grand Master will meet with the masters of each profession to coordinate their teams and apprentices in the construction of the building. The masters will send the apprentices to transport the resources while the officers build the foundations of the building.
